Trying to add a text block between page banner and index elements

Hi there! I am using the JASPER template v.7.0 and I would like to know if its possible to add a text block between the page banner (Portfolio, Portfolio, Portfolio) and the index block itself? If so, how do I go about this? Photos below. Thank you for your support. Most appreciated. Audrey

You mean white space between 2 sections in screenshot?

a) I use the business plan.

b) the screenshot is a panel representation of the page index where I am trying add a text block between the media block (portfolio, portfolio, portfolio) and the next 2 items which are the individual project items in the index.

I guess I need to add a source line somewhere...
