Add subtitle to grid gallery

Hi all,

I'm trying to get subtitels to describe the title in a grid gallery. However, I can't find a solution that works.

Is there a simpel way to get a subtitle under the Title row? In Summery mode it's possible, but than it isn't possible to choose the right photos easily because it's a summery of other pages.

Custom CSS where I can customize a part of the title, like next line/row and custom font size would also be oke.
