Image filenames are currently appearing in my site's Google search results? Why.

Hey friends! So, trying to figure out why the image filenames are appearing in my site's Google search results - see screenshot below.

I have added all correct SEO information in all possible locations so unclear as to why the image file name is still displaying first here:  

I have already requested a re-index from Google after adding in as much info as possible. This was about one week ago. Thanks for your help with this!
