How to make summary "landing pages" for Header Items (Wexley)

Hi there,

I am using the Wexley template, which formats drop down menus along the top header (e.g. "about," "photography", "professional work" etc). 

When hovering over these Menu Titles, the drop down items appear for selection. I am seeking a way to make a link out of the menu titles, which display a thumbnail /gallery type summary overview of the drop down sub sections when clicked.

Does anyone have some advice to share?
