website loses site Title - Site Untitled

Squarespace keep losing my site logo. Therefore it is labeled as Untitled. And google see it as Untitled.

I have replaced it lots of times over three months and again its happened today. This is crap.

I have removed all CSS code so not cause any complications.

Squarespace have not answers.

Anyone else having same issues? Solutions?
