Thank you so much. I have attached a screenshot. It happens when you scroll from down the page, back to the very top. Link to post
0 creedon 409 Share Posted October 8, 2020 I don't have a solution. Just observation. I can confirm the behavior that @shaynass is seeing. It seems to happen on many pages, if not all, except for the home page. It has something to do with the menu area that disappears when you scroll down then reappears when you scroll back up. Makes me think there might be some CSS that is setup site-wide except for home page. Hello I'm Thomas. I've been getting websites up and running for 26 years. 0 creedon 409 Share Posted October 8, 2020 Here is something to try. On the Next Step Page edit the header. Click on Colors. Click on Transparent, turning it on. Save your changes. Now test the scrolling. Does that take care of the issue? Hello I'm Thomas. I've been getting websites up and running for 26 years. 0 shaynass 0 Author Share Posted October 9, 2020 On the page editor, I just turned OFF the 'Fixed Position' option and it seems to have fixed it. Does anyone know what the 'Fixed Position' actually does? Link to post
0 creedon 409 Share Posted October 9, 2020 Fixed means that the header stays fixed at the top of the screen instead of scrolling up with the page. That may not be apparent when using Fixed Header Style: Scroll Back. It's a visually subtle difference. Hello I'm Thomas. I've been getting websites up and running for 26 years.
