Can't add facebook comments plugin to non-blog, non-products page

I want to create a page where customers can leave feedback/reviews that are publicly visible. I followed Squarespace's instructions (https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540767-Adding-product-reviews) for adding something like this to a product page, but on a standard page (from the review pages templates). I copied the first box from facebook into the settings->advanced box, and the second into a code block on the page, but nothing happened. Saving everything and accessing the site from a private web browser gives me a blank page (other than the template, my header and my footer). What am I doing wrong?

Can you share link to page where you add fb code? We can check easier.

I checked Chrome and Explorer after seeing your post, and it shows up in both of them, but its still not showing up in Firefox. I'm not sure why that would make a difference. Unless facebook doesn't support the plugin on Firefox for some reason? But I could swear I've seen it in use on other people's sites while using Firefox.

I tried clearing out my cookies and history, and deactivating my adblocker, but still not showing. I'd like to know what's causing it so I can leave some kind of note on the page for any customers experiencing the same issue, but I'm not sure what else to try.

Tested on Windows 10/Firefox. I see comment..

I have no idea then. Thanks for the help. I'll keep trying to think of what might be causing the problem. Even if its rare, its better to have a solution of some sort.
