Trying to delete footer from 7.1 site

I deleted the footer in the normal way but I'm left with the space where the footer was (I presume).

Is there a way for the body of the page to span the top to the bottom?

I tried applying some of the suggestions in some of the other posts on this forum, but none of them work. Any help, much appreciated.

For each page you'll want to edit the first section and select Format > SECTION HEIGHT > L (large).
