Google Optimize Installation Problem

I'm having trouble to install Google Optimize snippets. 

I've installed it to the Code Injections on Square Space, but keep getting the same error messages (please find the screen shots). Does anyone have an idea of how to untangle this?

We didn't get the error, but once installed it didn't register conversions. Did you get it working in the end, Az? Any tips?
