Adding animation text effects on page

Hi! I have a list of queries with coding with CSS, so any help I would be very appreciative! To give context, this is for my personal portfolio which I am using the brine template. I have little experience with CSS and trying to work out the harder kinks for my pages. 

I have come across a website that I really like the design of and want to implement some of the features into my own. This website is not built with Squarespace, so a lot of my queries would be whether its possible use CSS coding and add them into mine.

List features I like and want help with coding wise.

1. 1. Full bleed image (banner).
      I can't tell if I missed an obvious step, but I can’t seem to make my top banner image full bleed. Need some directions on how to do this! (See example in attachment)
       
   2. Text scrolling over image.
      Would it be possible to have text overlapping and infinitely scrolling past an image from right to left? Is it also possible to code it where the text is inverted?
       
   3. Text scrolling with link to next/another project.
      Would it be possible to have text overlapping and infinitely scrolling past an image from right to left that would direct to a link? (See example in attachment)
