html buttons to pages

Hi,

I now have the below buttons made with html which changes the image on the right as you hover over them but I now need them to also link to a page when you click the button. 

What coding do I need?

Thank you - although having tried it, I think it interferes with the hover action too. Is there a way for the button block to remain as a hover but hyperlink the actual text within the button to a page? So I can do both.

Is it something like summary title link I think I've seen?

I've made the hover buttons using html - but I'm looking to make the text hyperlink to a specific page as well. So the two work together but also individually. What's the best code to do this?
