How does my site look? Does it look trustworthy/professional? Any tips on design?

Hi, I had a look at your website and I definitely like the idea of helping each other.

I have three suggestions:

1. I would make the footer smaller (on mobile);

2. If you have any feedback from people I would add them in the homepage. It will make your site more trustworthy;

3. I would add a chat system so that people can contact you about basic stuff. If you don't have the time I would still add a chat but I would make it run by a bot. It's a more engaging way of reading some FAQs.

@Zambo107 I love the clean, simple design and bright illustrations!  While I appreciate simplicity and am usually trying to get clients to cut down on text, I think you need to expand on your content/descriptions.  I would also consider making the buttons just a tad bigger, and maybe using some custom CSS to make them a little more animated.
