full background in mobile view

Thank you so much for the help, I still can't get my mobile view to show entire image/background, Thank you btw, The closest I got is:

     min-height: 20vh !important;
    height: 50vh !important;
     
     background-position:center center;
   
        background-attachment: scroll !important;
      }
    } 
  }
}

I'm wondering if its because I have code for parallax for the same image because 7.1 doesn't offer it, and that's the image I'm having the problem seeing the entire image in mobile. Please and thank you.
