Instead of issuing a refund/cancelling the order, can we approve this transaction? Status is pending but we noticed there's a 'mark fulfilled' option. Should we choose this, the sale will go through right? Or we really need to cancel/issue a refund and ask the customer to order again? Thanks in advance! Link to comment

If so, then I would say to ask them to pay again if it doesn’t charge them extra. This is because I don’t want you to sell the product and not get anything from it because of a glitch you know?
