Header Code Injection on specific blog post

Hi, I am using the Farro template, and I have a recipe blog post (not live yet) that I am trying to add the google recipe schema to. It says to put the schema code into the page header. I've searched around and I have found the site-wide custom header code injection, and that you can go into the advanced settings for individual pages. I've also found that you can do that on the master blog post page, but according to https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815908-Using-Code-Injection  which says "In Blog Page settings, Post Blog Item Code Injection adds code to every blog post." My problem is that this recipe is only one post and has nothing to do with the other posts... Does anyone know how to add code to an individual blog post when the template uses a master post page?
