Editing Mobile Header/Footer in Montuak

Hello. I've set up a site using the Montuak template which, after a little bit of light CSS tweaking, I think is looking good on desktop, but I'm having some trouble with the alignment of the navigation and footer in mobile view.

Essentially, on the header/nav I'd like the 'Logo' (the name) to be left align and the hamburger menu to be right aligned, and both be on the same level. At the moment they are stacked and the hamburger menu is off centre. On the footer I'd like both text blocks to be centrally aligned, one of top of the other. At the moment the second text block stays right-aligned. Images attached of how it is currently looking.

I've looked up various bits of code but can't find any help on this matter, so any advice would be hugely appreciated!
