Remove padding with CSS

Hi All

This website was designed for me. It has some custom code. I have no clue about web design!

I need to force the thumbnail image - attached below - & the corresponding video,  to span the width of the browser.

I located to sections of CSS that have the title 'social pitch' (which is the name of the section)

I reduced the percentages down to zero for padding - they had been at 2 or 3%.  - attached

The image & video did not budge! They still have padding.

Without any CSS knowledge I cannot know what I need to do next.

Do any of you guys know how to do this?
