How do I create a step-by-step interactive purchase experience?

I'm trying to find a way to create a step-by-step interactive customer journey for purchase of certain products. I have a couple of subscription plans, and I would like to create an interactive questionnaire that customers can answer. The questions will be asked systematically and based on the options they pick, it will lead to a recommended subscription plan for them.

Here's an example of what I'm trying to achieve on Squarespace: https://www.lacabra.dk/pages/subscription-order

When you follow the steps as shown on this page, it will bring you to the next question and finally the recommended product based on what you've answered. I understand that due to limitations in Squarespace, coding is necessary to achieve such a scale.
