Building a custom template

I have built a custom template using site.region for the template and .page for the pages. I also used <squarespace:block-field/> in the pages to allow users to edit that part of the page.

The problem is that, when a visitor visits the site, only the template shows. The texts and images that were added from the CMS through the block-fields that I provided in the codes do not show. But when I am logged to my squarespace account, everything shows on the page.

Is there anything I am missing or not doing?

I've attached pictures of how the site looks when:
1. You're logged
2. You're logged out.

I've also attached a picture of  how my code structure looks like.
