Jumpy loading

Try disabling parallax scrolling and see if it gets better.

I would really like to keep parallax if possible. Although I must say I don't think parallax is the issue. I have just removed the announcement bar and the site is now loading much better. Is there any code I can add when the announcement bar is on so that it doesn't make the site jump?
