On my desktop site, some of the pictures (the ones that are vertical) gets cut off whenever I click to lightbox. I'm assuming this is the case because the chosen template was 3x2. Is there a way to not have pictures cut off when lightbox. (especially my necklaces and earrings)? Link to comment

creedon Posted September 27, 2020 Share Posted September 27, 2020 I think the easiest solution is going to be to convert all your vertical images from 2:3 to 3:2 ratio. At least the ones where you are losing critical visual information. Following is a mock up of how it might look. Normally when you are at the following item (Dee Triangular) you see something like... And then when you hover you get the truncated image... If you replace your 2:3 hover image with a 3:2 version you get the following on hover. Find my contributions useful?
