allenrbillings Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 Site URL: https://cyan-grey-tk32.squarespace.com/ I am trying to point my domain to my newly-created Squarespace site, but when I go to Settings->Domains->Use a Domain I Own, I get the error "This domain is already associated with a Squarespace site." I'm the owner of that domain and I do not have it associated with another Squarespace site. Please help. Link to comment

This is something that only Squarespace Customer Care can help you with. The Squarespace customer community cannot logon to your site to troubleshoot issues like this. You can reach out to them here. This is an internal squarespace domain that is locked to the site where it was originally created. If you are trying to move it to another Squarespace site you can't do that.
