Can't left justify an h1, it remains center justified

When my title is an h2 it will left justify. However, when I change it to an h1 it center justifies. This is despite the fact that left justify is selected. I can't figure it out and want this to be my page header for SEO purposes. 

I didn't find any custom CSS that would be causing this and am able to left justify h1's on different pages. Any ideas why it would be doing this? 

You can change it to h1 & let me know? We can check easier.

Okay, set it as an h1 on the live site. You can see it's center justified. 

Set text as h1, then add this to Home > Design > Custom CSS
