Voting records for U.S. senators

Hi All,

I'm building a website to indicate the voting records of a group of U.S. Senators on issues related to rural communities. 

What template or features would you suggest please? We want to have a photo of the Senator with their vote on select past and pending bills. Ideally each vote will be color coded to indicate the impact of said vote.
