Tutorial: How To Get Mobile/Burger Menu on Desktop

Hey everybody, a common question I've on the forums and in various groups is how to get a mobile/burger menu on desktop. I just posted a tutorial with a free script and instructions on getting a mobile/burger menu on desktop. 

You can use this to add a burger in addition to your desktop links or use it in place of your desktop links. I've included a demo showing the burger menu in use.

Thanks for your tutorial - very helpful. I've added that onto my website. Yet the burger menu on the desktop appears to have a line underneath as if it is been highlited. Would you please help me out?

Also once I click on it, it appear it comes over the whole screen is there an option i can make this to come up only onto the left side of the screen in stead of undertaking my whole page once I click on it?

Thank you for the code. Worked a treat.  Yet, I have changed the template to a dark one and now cannot see the burger, how can I edit the colours?
