adding 3 button links after header

Hi guys! Hoping that someone could point me to the right direction here, I've been tweaking my website for awhile now and I'd like to open shop in a month or two. I'd like to add 3 navigation button links after the header similar to the picture I provided as an example. Thank you in advance!

Do you want them to stay fixed at the top of the page as customers scroll down? I need something similar and have asked, if I get the answer I'll share it.

If you don't need it fixed to the top of the screen, then 3 images within a block, each with a link would work. Spacer blocks between.
