Index not showing Sections

I duplicated some pages and added them to a different index, renamed them etc. Aside from the page formatting not duplicating correctly (all the elements went haywire) the sections are a) displaying as seperate pages and b) not linking to the index (see screen shot). Can't find a single article showing anyone else having this issue. Please help.

It looks like those index sections may be disabled... you'll need to enable them in page settings for them to appear in the index preview.

Even enabled they don't show...
