Is there custom code to send email information from Form Block to Profiles???

I am trying to collect email addresses within a Form Block and send it to Squarespace's Profiles feature, to utilize in their Email Campaigns. As of now, the only way to collect email addresses, is via their Newsletter Block. Any suggestions on custom code, etc to solve this, would be hugely appreciated! Thank you.
