Custom Css Font not showing

I have added code for custom font. I can see it my end but its not showing on all browsers for all users. https://www.helenaimpett.co.uk/ pw Jagger. The font is on my computer. not sure what else to add! would appreciate any help!

i have uploaded the font in the manage custom files box.

the font is basic title and the code is in the design custom css

    font-family: 'basictitlefont';

       src: url('FontURL');

  }

h2 {font-family: 'basictitlefont';}
@font-face {

    font-family: 'basictitlefont';

       src: url('FontURL');

  }

h4 {font-family: 'basictitlefont';}

Replace FontURL with exact url.
