Custom Font No Longer Showing Up On Client's End

Hi there!

I am currently designing a site for a client and imported a custom script font. It was working initially on my client's end, then last week she said it suddenly switched to a different font. For me however, it still shows up and works just fine.

We've tried clearing her cache/cookies. We've tried different browsers. I uploaded all file formats for the font.

Any idea on why it would suddenly stop working for her? Why would it choose a replacement font if it worked initially?

Any help is greatly appreciated! I'll share my coding below.
