Removed all category but products still show as though it is present

Hello ! I am working on my categories and how the products display. My main focus was to get rid of the "all" category. I used the code to hide "all" from the menu but the products still show up as though the "all" category is there. I am assuming this is because all I did was hide the "all" text box from the view and not the functionality of what it was actually doing. Is there a way to remove the view of all products displaying upon clicking the "shop" button? My shop is still in build mode and not live yet so I am not sure if you will be able to view it via the domain link but, it is thedandelionwishbathandbody.com. Thanks so much for your help.
