resize banner image for mobile

Hello, could someone help me with. My banner image on homepage (it's a sliding banner, not sure if that makes a difference) and contact page does not display correctly. Website was built on 7.1. Could someone help me with code to correct? Many thanks!!!

Hi. I see you haven't solved this problem, so add this to Design > Custom CSS

}
