My portfolio reveals an image when hovering over a link but the image position isn't vertically centered

When you hover over the project link, the image that pops up isn't vertically centered to the link. It used to be normal but then this glitch happened a few weeks ago.

And in case someone points this out, I do have this code on my website:

.portfolio-hover {
  position: absolute;
  width: 100%;
}

But removing it doesn't fix the problem. Any other solutions to this? Thanks so much.

It does not
