Change Digital Gift Cards email?

Hi,

I believe this template below is Squarespace only option in the customer receiving an email gift?

Does anyone know of a way to change the fonts or of any gift card plugins?

I'd like to use digital gift cards in my store but this template isn't very professional looking.

I have this same question. I at least want the option to add my logo on the email people receive for digital gift cards.

The email composer was recently updated to make it easier to send branded emails. Your digital gift card emails can now include logos, banners and more. Go to Commerce > Customer Notifications.

Hey I have the same question / problem.

Went into Selling Gift Cards and I can't find away to customise the email with the Gift Card in it...

Also if all Gift Cards look the exact same for every single user, is that not a bit of a security issue? Can be copied easily?

Anyway if anyone knows anyway I can send in the email a PDF of our own business Gift cards, customise the text etc. that would be great.

Other than that squarespcae gift cards is  a great easy to use digital gift card service. Just stuck at the last hurdle of making the actual digital product look smart! Cannot use it for my business until I can edit the Gift Card email.

You are very limited in how you can customise Gift Card notifications. It isn't possible to add a PDF (or any) attachment or change the design beyond adding your branding. 

So the gift card is just a code?

Doesnt look very nice as a digital product?

Not usable for my business if it cant have something attached / printable.

People purchase gift cards as a gift.... how it can be given to the other person is a big element of sales.

An email with a code is not a great gift option? Not appealing at all to use as a digital product.

Other than that the service is perfect! Unfortunate the actual digital product falls down on quality.

> Home
> Commerce 
> Customer Notifications 
> Gift Cards (Issued)
> Edit email

You can change the global email style for specific colours for your branding, however I find theres limited options here versus the actual design aspect of Squarespace websites. 

To change this gift card option specifically, you can add new text and images to the email.
Hover over the lines for the the (+) content blocks - theres the option for image, text, spacer and line here so you can customise your emails a little more, however it's quite limited.
