Individual Intro Image for Shop Categories

Is there a way to have a custom image appear for category filter pages for a shop. 

For example, we have a filter for designers. I would like for when you click on the link in the navigation it take you to the filter page with the designer logo at the top of the screen. I don't want to do an image and a summary block because I don't want to be limited to 30 items. Does anyone have any idea on how to do this or achieve something similar?
