Disclaimer Popup / Pop Up

Hi

I need to add a disclaimer pop up on my site as its nutrition & medical based. I found a previous post and used that CSS but it didn't do anything.

Googled but have not found any code just paid apps. Can anyone help?

Thanks for your reply. I don't have an example, I'd have to search for one. I just need a pop up that appears as soon as someone lands on the website regardless of the page. It just needs to have disclaimer text and a close or x at the top or I could also have an I Agree button at the bottom that closes the pop up.
