The video banner you're using has the camera flashes in it, which are showing up harsh in my screen and distracting me whilst I'm trying to learn about your site. It also took me a few more seconds to figure out what I was looking at because of this.

My feedback would be to replace this with a different video/image.

Apart from that, your website has a lot of useful information.
