want to create a blank page like a cover page with 5 button links

I want to create a blank page on my site with 5 buttons. I would like it to have a similar simple style format to the cover page.

I do not want the header, navigation, logo, hero image, etc to show.

when I create a 'blank' page I still get all of these design elements.

Is it NOT possible to create a blank page?

hi Leopold, I have the same request -- want to create a completely blank page, no heater + foter, so I can use in my instagram bio. 

please send me the CSS + tell me how to insert it? I'm kind of new at this...
