Removing "Site Title & Logo" on Home Page

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to remove the "site title & logo" just from the homepage. I would still need it to appear in all other pages. Does anybody have custom code handy to help solve this issue?

Add to Page Settings > Advanced > Header (If you use Personal Plan > Add Code Block)
