Version 7 to Version 7.1

Hi,

I have a website that is designed in SquareSpace 7 using the Bedford template, it is: https://bit.ly/3gUwFTh

I now want to make some improvements to it and want to update it to the new SquareSpace 7.1.

Could anyone please give me advice about how to update the existing website (version 7) to the new version 7.1.

I have searched but cannot find a method as to how to update/migrate a website from version 7 to version 7.1.

There isn’t a migration or upgrade option from 7.0 to 7.1 yet.  If you want to move to 7.1 you will need to build your site again from scratch, and copy the content over manually. You cannot move any other data over. For example, you cannot move analytics information, customer data or sales information.

I've lost track/forgotten of migration issue. Is it just technically too difficult for Squarespace to pull off the migration. Do they ever intend to offer a migration from 7 to 7.1?
