Shopping Cart to Not Showing QTY Correctly

We are in test mode on our commerce site and when you get to the review page it is not showing the quantity in the QTY box. You can clearly see the price and subtotal, but it is weird that it isn't showing the qty. If you try to type in the box it jumps the qty to random numbers. Any idea what is happening or if it is just a setting we have missed?

This is self-inflicted 🙂. It's due to the CSS that you've added below. If you remove this, the quantity will appear correctly.
