To add to that, they use the same programming features, but each has a different page configuration and different block layouts on those pages and color palates as your starting point. Any one can be made to look like the other. You simply look them over and choose the colors, default pages, and layouts you prefer. We have no way of knowing exactly which one of those starting points was used to build the site you posted the link to. Link to comment
