Missing home menu options

I'm trying to connect my social media accounts, but for some reason when I log in, the only options available on the home menu are 'pages', 'marketing', and 'help' - everything else has disappeared. I am an owner and editor of the site and should have full access - does anyone have insight onto why this has happened?
