Google Translate Plugin

I added a custom code in the code injection in the footer to add a Google Translate option for the site and now it glitches the site and makes jump a bit to the left. Is there an issue with the margin space? Do I need to add padding to the code?

I attached images of what the glitching looks like. It only appears on the left side of the site.

This one is not buggy and much sleeker if you want to use:)
