Hello,

I currently have my website in Portuguese and I want to translate it to English and Spanish.

At the moment I have a cover page which allows the user to choose which language he wants the website to be displayed.

What I want is when the user enters in the "English" version, he will be able to see only the english menu navigation hiding the other two languages.
Also, I would like to have in the header the possibility to switch to other languages.

Is this possible?

I'm not a code expert and I could use some help. my website is password protected: client

Thank you!!

Hi!

I thinks it's almost working! Just a few things that are missing.

I'm not able to hide the portuguese language when switching to EN or ES. Could you help?

Also, when putting the site in the mobile version, the language menu appears very on top of the hamburger menu. Is there any way of giving some space? Thank you so much for your help!!

We’ve taken Google Translate and given it some style for 7.1 and 7.0 sites, here is the add-on to make multiple languages happen on your site— https://www.squareaddons.com/shop-2/language-selector-translate

If you are looking for a way to add Anchor Links, Gallery Blocks, or a Rotating Banner with Content Blocks overlaid in Squarespace 7.1, you can find all these plugins in our Squarespace add-on store here: www.Squareaddons.com -- Enjoy!

Hi @CCamarinha!

I'm Parker and I work on the Customer Operations team at Squarespace. I came across your question, and I wanted to give a quick update that we now have an integration with Weglot. With Weglot, you can add a language-switcher button to your site's header which will allows folks to change the language of the content.

Here's some more on that:
