Moving Additional Info Section to Product Description

Hi there! My client has a lot of engraving options available within his products, so I'm trying to set up an appropriate product page that incorporates custom engraving options.

I just realized that I could add engraving options as linked products to the main product page, and customers could add those options to their cart and, when prompted, fill out the appropriate form so that they could check out with it. The only problem I'm seeing is that those additional engraving options are so far down on the page. I'd really love to move the "Additional Information" section to where the product description is on the page. I could also move the additional information to the left-hand side underneath the main product image. I'm attaching two screenshots to this post -- one with the first option, and one with the second. Either option would be great, but I don't know how to do it!
