Domain Availability

So I found a domain I wanted to use and ended up purchasing through the Whois platform, but the transfer process became extremely tedious so I deleted the registration within a few hours and tried purchase the domain through squarespace directly. The domain (teeebeevo.com) is shown as available elsewhere, but still shows up as taken on Squarespace's search. Not sure what's causing this, any ideas?
