Image in Code Block Not Appearing on Safari?

Hi there,

One image in a code block (the frames) isn't appearing for me on Safari. On Chrome it appears just fine, but on Safari I'm getting that little blue box with the ? inside (it's only partially visible in the screenshot since it's being blocked). 

I have absolutely no idea what could be causing this! It's an img src HTML script and that's it, then it's CSS to align it on the page.

That's the code! And I'm using Brine.

@tuanphan I removed the image and placed it in again and I can now see it on Google Chrome and Safari. Do you see it?
