Edit the store page title

The store updates made some changes I don't quite like, how can I edit the store name at the top of the page?

or is there any way to revert the update

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

h3.nested-category-title {
    font-size: 4rem !important;
    font-family: monospace;
    color: red;
}
