How do I make an image less zoomed in on mobile view?

Hi! I've been trying to figure out how to fix the main image on the home page with just the mobile view. I found the code for editing only mobile view but I'm now trying to re position the image. I'd like to make it looked less zoomed in and more zoomed out like how it looks on the desktop view. I know you need to find the block id but I can't seem to find it, only the yui and that doesn't work. 

 The last picture shows what the tab for my contact page looks like and I'm wanting to get rid of the 1 after Contact. Please help! It'd be much appreciated
